FROM THE DIRECTOR
In an increasingly fast-paced world, finding meaningful time together is difficult. But now more than ever, NOMA unites our community. From engaging exhibitions, to theatre productions and movies in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden and youth activities, NOMA’s programs spark conversations, creativity and imaginations.
Every year, NOMA connects hundreds of thousands of families with compelling art in all forms. Gifts to NOMA’s annual fund help make this possible by fueling the museum’s exhibitions and public programs—like Friday Nights at NOMA, StoryQuest, Family Days, and many others.
With Summer Art Camp and special exhibitions such as Behind Closed Doors: Art in the Spanish American Home, 1492-1898, and Alexis Rockman: Drawings from Life of Pi, summer is a family affair at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Now is the perfect time to give to NOMA’s annual fund. Large or small, donations to NOMA’s annual fund add up, reaching across the entire museum to sustain and strengthen everything NOMA does to bring families together.
NOMA would not be as responsive and innovative as it is today without the dedication of supporters like you. As the needs of families and communities continue to grow, your help is vital to ensuring NOMA continues to offer programs that meet those needs. Please give today.
With my best regards,
Susan M. Taylor
