"ART YOU CAN EAT" COOKING DEMO FEATURING LEAH CHASE

On August 10, 2012, Haley Bittermann, Exectutive Chef at Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group hosted a cooking demonstration with Chef Leah Chase: “Modern twists on New Orleans classics and other family-friendly comfort foods.” Fridays from June 8 to August 24, 2012, at 7 PM, chefs from Café NOMA, Ralph's on the Park, Red Fish Grill, café b, and Heritage Grill led interactive, educational, and delicious cooking events.

"Art You Can Eat" events on July 13, Aug 3, 10 and 24 featured Leah Chase, the queen of New Orleans cuisine and featured star of the NOMA exhibition 'Leah Chase: Paintings by Gustave Blache III' 20 oil paintings capturing the unseen labor that underlies Dooky Chase's seven decades of success.
